Scientist Selected as Quick Pitch Finalist

Its been a wonderfully busy few months for Scientist and awards!

In July, we were given a CIO award, a Pharmavoice 100 award. In August, we were nominated in the top 5 for the Emerging Entrepreneur award. And this month, we are proud to announce that Scientist have been chosen as one of the finalists for the 2013 San Diego Tech Coast Angels Quick Pitch Competition. The SDTCA Quick Pitch Competition is a highly anticipated, fun and interactive experience for all. Scheduled for September 26th, this is the most exciting entrepreneurial event of the year in San Diego. It is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to network, learn and compete for the investment capital that is so crucial to early stage companies. Selected finalists will present two-minute pitches to an expert panel of judges and an audience of more than 500 leaders of San Diego’s entrepreneurial community. Judging will be based upon content and style. Competition winners will be announced at the conclusion of the evening and a cash prize of $20,000 will be provided by the John Watson Foundation. There will be ample time to network with Tech Coast Angels investors, venture capitalists and other entrepreneurs.
